At Star Freud Wellness, we offer a Full Holistic Health Screening that can be completed entirely online. A detailed health and wellness coaching session from the comfort of your home mentored with the experience and background of Star Freudenberg who is a fully qualified, highly skilled award winning international multimodality practitioner, who has trained with highly recognised mentors from around the world and specialises in addressing all aspects of the self in a natural and holistic manner. Embark on a journey to holistic wellness with our virtual consultation aimed at performing an in depth full body review which includes your diet, nutrition, habits, sleep, stress levels, lifestyle and mindset. Then based on the review, customised recommendations nutrition, supplements, habits and lifestyle and lifestyle advice will be provided as well as suggested blood tests, protocols and customised treatment packages tailored to get you back to your best health. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refunds: We do not issue refunds. An available alternative date will be provided to reschedule your session subject to sufficient notice given (see below). If you are not able to make it, subject to adhering to our advance notice policy (see below), 100% payment will be forfeited. For Full Day appointments(4 hours to 8 hours): 72 Hours advance notice is required otherwise 100% payment will be forfeited. For Half Day appointments (3-4 Hours): 48 Hours advance notice is required otherwise 100% payment will be forfeited. For 1-2 Hours appointments: 24 Hours notice is required otherwise 100% payment will be forfeited. Please note for the 15-minute consultation: This consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of any future service or programme if you choose to continue working with me. If you attend your consultation but decide not to proceed, the cost of the consultation covers my professional time and is non-refundable. If you do not attend your scheduled consultation (no-show) or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is automatically forfeited. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice allows your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment.
