Cancellation and Refunds: We do not issue refunds. An available alternative date will be provided to reschedule your session subject to sufficient notice given (see below). If you are not able to make it, subject to adhering to our advance notice policy (see below), 100% payment will be forfeited. For Full Day appointments(4 hours to 8 hours): 72 Hours advance notice is required otherwise 100% payment will be forfeited. For Half Day appointments (3-4 Hours): 48 Hours advance notice is required otherwise 100% payment will be forfeited. For 1-2 Hours appointments: 24 Hours notice is required otherwise 100% payment will be forfeited. Please note for the 15-minute consultation: This consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of any future service or programme if you choose to continue working with me. If you attend your consultation but decide not to proceed, the cost of the consultation covers my professional time and is non-refundable. If you do not attend your scheduled consultation (no-show) or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is automatically forfeited. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice allows your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment. Digital Products - No Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of downloadable content (including but not limited to masterclasses, recordings, PDF guides, worksheets, and online resources) are final. Once payment has been successfully processed and access to the digital product has been provided (via download link or access link), no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued. Digital Products: By purchasing a digital product from Star Freud Wellness Clinic, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and therefore waive your right to a refund. This policy applies regardless of whether the digital product has been downloaded, opened, or accessed.
